Questions
Before you buy.
Tap a question. The answer comes to you.
Will it replace my iron?
Yes. Muse steams on the hanger and presses flat with a ceramic plate, so it does both jobs. Retire the iron, the board and the old steamer.
Backed by a 1-year warranty and 180-day returns.
Why Nomad too?
Muse lives at home. Nomad folds flat for a carry-on, so you're pressed in the hotel room too. Nomad has one steady heat, nothing to set.
Which plug is it?
This set ships with US plugs (110–120V). Neither steamer is dual voltage, so use them in 110–120V countries only.
Does it spit water?
Wait for it to heat up, give the first puff into the sink and don't overfill the tank. Run Muse's self-clean mode now and then to keep it steaming clean.
How fast does it ship?
Every order ships within 24 hours with tracking, and shipping is always free.
What's your return policy?
You have 180 days from delivery to request a return, plus a 1-year warranty on both. Email supportfordrapelle@gmail.com with your order number.
