These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drapelle website and any purchase of garment steamers or related products from Drapelle (“we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We are the seller of record for every order. We fulfill many orders through independent third-party suppliers and warehouses, including suppliers on AliExpress and similar marketplaces. Your contract is with Drapelle, not with AliExpress and not with the warehouse that packs the parcel.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Checkout information must be accurate.

Products
We sell garment steamers and related accessories. Photos, colors, and measurements can vary slightly from the listing because of lighting, screen settings, and supplier batches. Check voltage and plug type on the product page before you buy. A steamer built for one region may not match your wall outlet.

Use the product only as described in the included instructions. Keep steam away from skin, children, and pets. Do not use a damaged unit.

If a listing has an obvious error (wrong price, wrong spec, missing shipping time), we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We do not sell counterfeit branded goods.

Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. The amount due is the amount shown at checkout. Payment is charged when you place the order through the processor on the site. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We may cancel if the item is out of stock, the supplier cannot ship to your address, payment fails, the order looks fraudulent, or the listing contained a material error. If we cancel after payment, we refund the cancelled items.

Fulfillment
This store uses dropshipping. After you order, we place a matching order with a supplier, who ships to the address you gave. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See the Shipping Policy.

Customs and import rules
If a parcel ships from outside your country, duties, taxes, or carrier collection fees may apply and are your responsibility unless the product page says they are included. You are responsible for whether the product is legal to import.

Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, scrape the site, or file a chargeback before contacting us at cardenascohutta@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drapelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the site or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit rights the law says we cannot exclude.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If you are a consumer in a place with mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply.

Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. New Terms apply to orders placed after the update.
