Refund policy — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, label and product.
Please don't mail anything back until we send you a return address.

Setup: fill the tank with clean water, unfold the handle, switch it on and wait for the ready light.
Fabrics: safe on cotton, linen, wool, silk, polyester and blends. Test delicate fabrics on an inside seam first.
Water: clean tap water is fine in most areas. Use distilled water if yours is very hard.
Care: empty the tank after each use and let the steamer dry before storing it.
Plug type: check voltage and plug type on the product page before you buy.
