I haven't tested it at work yet, I'll update the review later, but for now it looks good😍 it's heavy, you can feel the quality👍 it arrived at the new post office along with other packages, I didn't order the EU plug because it was 300 UAH cheaper, and it also came with an adapter, the box was dented but the vaporizer was intact, overall I recommend it

Delighted! It arrived today and I had to try it out! It's the first one I've had and I bought it based on the reviews and because it folds up for travel, a real success. It looks of very good quality, arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged, just as described in the listing. I was amazed at how quickly it heats up! It does not have an on/off button; once the light stops flashing, it is ready and you press the steam button. I will need to use it more to give a more concise opinion, but the test result was ideal.

Excellent steamer! Easy to use, heats up quickly, steams well, and smooths clothes on hangers or flat surfaces. The box arrived damaged, but this did not affect the appearance or functionality of the device. Satisfied with the purchase. Delivery to Ukraine (Kyiv) took 2 weeks.
The iron is fantastic, I'm very surprised. I would like to point out that I have not rated it with 5 stars because the package arrived in a terrible condition; fortunately, the product was not damaged because it seems like they brought it in a haphazard manner. I sent a message to the seller asking them to protect it properly, looking at other buyers' comments, and although they said they would do so, it seems they ultimately kindly ignored my request. As for the iron, I tried it as soon as I received it and it ironed perfectly, in my case a shirt. I think it was a good purchase; I iron very sporadically and this will solve those unexpected situations when you need a well-ironed garment in just a few minutes.
It looks okay. The packaging looks great! Unfortunately, the plug is not EU, but an adapter is included.
