It is very convenient to use and makes it quick and easy to get clothes looking neat. The power cord is long, thick, and feels durable, and the water tank has a good capacity.
The product came in its original box, but the box had a significant dent from shipping. Fortunately, the item itself was not damaged. I would recommend adding some extra protective packaging for shipping.

The order arrived in 2 weeks. A heavy device with a long cord. The set includes an adapter for an American outlet (we have a European one). The instructions are entirely in Chinese, but everything is clear even without them. You fill it with water and plug it in. While the indicator is blinking, the device heats up very quickly. It operates quietly and produces a lot of steam. I've tried using it vertically so far, but it can also be used horizontally. So far, I'm satisfied.

Delighted! It arrived today and I had to try it out! It's the first one I've had and I bought it based on the reviews and because it folds up for travel, a real success. It looks of very good quality, arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged, just as described in the listing. I was amazed at how quickly it heats up! It does not have an on/off button; once the light stops flashing, it is ready and you press the steam button. I will need to use it more to give a more concise opinion, but the test result was ideal.
