Questions
Before you buy.
Tap a question. The answer comes to you.
Will it replace my iron?
For everyday wrinkles, most people leave the board in the closet six days a week. Steam it on the hanger, or press collars and cuffs flat.
For knife-sharp creases on heavy cotton, keep your iron for those few pieces.
Does it spit water?
Spitting happens when a steamer runs before it's hot. Wait for the ready light, give the first puff into the sink, don't fill past MAX, and keep it upright over silk.
Will it die like my last one?
Cheap steamers usually die from mineral build-up clogging the line. Distilled water keeps it from forming.
You also get a 1-year warranty and 180-day returns, so if it quits, that's on us.
Why pay more than a $25 Amazon steamer?
The $25 ones are where the spitting, scorching and dead-after-a-few-uses stories come from. Drapelle steamers come with heat you can trust on silk, a 1-year warranty and 180-day returns.
And at $5–$10 a blouse at the cleaner, it pays for itself fast.
Which Drapelle steamer is right for me?
Drapelle Muse: the smart-display model. 7 fabric settings and self-clean. $64.99.
Drapelle Élan: the everyday touch-screen model, with pressing-board sets.
Drapelle Nomad: the folding model for a carry-on or a drawer.
Which fabrics can I steam?
Cotton, linen, wool, silk, satin, polyester and blends. Hold it just off silk and satin, and test an inside seam when unsure.
What water should I use?
Distilled or filtered water keeps mineral build-up out and makes your steamer last years longer. Empty the tank after each use.
Is it safe?
Never steam clothes while you're wearing them. The plate stays hot for a while after unplugging, so let it cool before packing it away.
Can I take it on a cruise?
No. Most cruise lines don't allow garment steamers on board. Flights are fine (empty the tank first). It runs on 120V, so use it only in 110–120V countries.
Does it work for suits and work shirts?
Yes. Press collars and cuffs flat, steam the rest on the hanger. For wool suits, hold it 1–2 inches away and steam between cleans.
How fast does it ship?
Every order ships within 24 hours with tracking, and shipping is always free.
What's your return policy?
You have 180 days from delivery to request a return, plus a 1-year warranty. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it. Email supportfordrapelle@gmail.com with your order number.
